CHALLENGE COURSE

DAY CAMP ZIPLINE
1. constructed with appropriate height and distance for participants; slightly lower to ground and shorter in length than Lake Zipline 2. reserved just for day campers 3. located among trees at Tekoa's challenge course and guaranteed to bring smiles to any camper

TREE CLIMB
1. where campers can safely climb from branch to branch in order reach the top of a Tulip Poplar tree 2. age appropriate climbing challenge reserved for elementary campers only 3. led by a certified Adventure Team Member

LAKE ZIPLINE
1. one of the most popular attractions this simulates the experience of flying through air 2. cable located 30 feet above ground and stretching 130 feet across a portion of Tekoa's three acre lake 3. participant is safely harnessed into pulley which rolls along the cable resulting In a swift and smooth ride 4. run by certified Adventure Team Member and accompanied by certified Waterfront Lifeguard

ROPE SWING
1. long rope attachment to lake zipline 2. used by middle and high school resident campers as well as adventure campers to swing out from dock and drop into lake 3. run by certified Adventure Team Member and accompanied by certified waterfront lifeguard

TOWER
1. wooden construct built to simulate rock climbing experience 2. loaded with manufactured rock climbing holds 3. variable for new and experienced climbers; provides a 20 foot and 40 foot climb 4. for middle school resident campers and some adventure campers 5. run by a certified member of the Adventure Team

BIG ZIPLINE
1. located 45 feet above ground, it is Tekoa's newest and highest element 2. participant is safely harnessed into pulley which rolls along 300 feet of cable across meadow 3. group activity providing individual challenges, encourages teamwork and whole-group participation 4. led by certified Adventure Team Member for middle and high school campers

HIGH ROPES COURSE
1. course suspended 35 feet above ground 2. cables on which High School Resident and Adventure campers must balance while harnessed safely 2. composed of four elements (Pirates Crossing, Islands, Charlie Chaplin and Tartan Vines) ending with an enormous 70 foot cable swing 3. awesome individual challenge for those seeking an adrenalin rush 4. led by certified Adventure Team Members
