Application Process
Tekoa has a hiring process that examines a number of personal qualities that each applicant must possess and requires them to complete a thorough application process.
Senior Staff must:
- Complete an application (online or printed version)
- Submit 3 personal reference forms
- Complete a personal interview (in-person is preferable or by phone)
- Pass a national history background check
Returning Senior Staff must:
- Complete an application (online or printed version)
- List 3 personal references
- Complete a personal interview (in-person is preferable or by phone)
- Pass a national history background check
Staff Assistants (SA):
- Complete an application
- Submit 3 personal reference forms
- Complete a personal interview (in-person is preferable or by phone)
- Pass a national history background check
